Know the robots.
Make projects work.

Robots don’t deploy themselves. It takes people who understand the technology, the operation and what happens when the two meet.

Know the AGV/AMR market? Bring your expertise to the projects that need it.

  • Assess site readiness: floors, Wi-Fi, safety zones, interfaces and people.
  • Coordinate deployment with suppliers and client teams, including WMS/MES and fleet manager interfaces.
  • Support commissioning, acceptance testing, training and handover, and write documentation the next person can use.

What you bring

  • Hands-on AGV/AMR project experience in manufacturing or intralogistics, on the integrator, OEM or end-user side.
  • A working view of the vendor landscape and real-world trade-offs between technologies.
  • Practical knowledge of safety requirements for driverless industrial trucks (ISO 3691‑4 or similar).
  • The ability to explain one problem to operations teams, suppliers and engineers alike.

Compensation is discussed individually in the first conversation. Not looking for a full-time role? The expert network below is open for project-based collaboration.

Where could you make a difference?

You don’t need to cover the whole project lifecycle. Bring depth in your area—and an understanding of how it connects to the rest.

The way we want to work

Good questions.
Clear decisions.
Real ownership.

Product knowledge matters. So does knowing what to ask on a factory floor.

  • Independent thinking

Start with the operation—not a preferred robot or a familiar sales pitch.

  • Experience you can explain

Show what you contributed, what you learned and how you dealt with constraints.

  • Clear communication

Help operations teams, suppliers and technical specialists understand the same problem.

  • Follow-through

Make assumptions visible, raise risks early and leave the next person with useful documentation.
