Site Readiness Checklist: 12 checks before you sign the PO

A two-page checklist for the site walk before any AGV/AMR order. It covers the site conditions that most often push a deployment weeks past its plan.

  • Floors — flatness, slopes, joints, cleanliness
  • Traffic — aisle widths, crossings, mixed traffic with forklifts and people
  • Wi-Fi — coverage and roaming in the real layout, not the drawing
  • Interfaces — charging, doors, fire shutters, lifts, conveyors and load units
